About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee all administrative aspects of our law firm. The Office Manager will ensure that the firm operates efficiently by managing office logistics, overseeing administrative staff, and streamlining processes. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Supervise and support the administrative team, providing guidance and training.
Manage budgets, office expenditures, and vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and client appointments.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a related field.
Previous experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a law firm, Banking industry or similar setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
